AI Chatbot Integration

Ran a pilot of Ada (ada.cx), a generative AI chatbot platform, on Qlik's Gatsby-based marketing site, partnering with Marketing Operations to pressure-test model quality and evaluate how the vendor integrated with the existing MarTech stack. The pilot was a deliberate, low-risk way to assess an external AI vendor before any broader commitment.

On the engineering side, a custom Gatsby plugin managed the chatbot's lifecycle, including script injection, initialization, and page-transition persistence, so it ran reliably across Gatsby's client-side routing and rolled out across the full site without degrading performance.
